| 4C Child Care Unlimited |
4C Child Care Unlimited was established in 1970 in response to community concerns about child care. The agency was the first 4C program in the State of Michigan and one of the original 18 4C programs in the nation. It is now a part of a state-wide network of 15 regional offices with links to local,state and national child care resource and referral groups. |
